Jared has over 30 years of experience in real estate investing and started his journey as a real estate investor in 1993 with his first buy, fix, and flip. Energized by his initial success, Jared creatively partnered with a variety of individuals to complete many other renovation projects. He fell in love with the industry and started to pursue it full-time.

As a result of his experience and activity, Jared has acquired many income properties and continues to hold properties in several states for cash flow and acquiring property for resale and manages a portfolio worth over $5M. He then bought 50% of a property management company and they manage over 200 properties. He then discovered wholesaling and then started implementing that into his real estate business and portfolio. He also moved into residential commercial, high occupancy properties, and then moved into commercial properties including land development, with his most recent project being in Huntsville, Alabama. Jared also has pursued tax liens and tax lien certificates. These are just a few of the areas that Jared has expertise in and can help you in the real estate investing market.

Jared started mentoring individuals in 2003 and has successfully coached tens of thousands of sessions and helped countless individuals as a real estate consultant and has been a guest speaker for many real estate live events and teleconferences. 

Jared lives in the foothills of Utah with his lovely wife and two sons.
